Meet Our Chocolatiers

My name is Amy Atari, the master chocolatier of Tres Suspiros Chocolates EST.1991 originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. While attending law school in the early nineties, I paid for my entire tuition and books by crafting decadent chocolates and sweets from the kitchen of my mother’s home. That is when my love for baking began to flourish. I was known in college as “A Garota do Chocolate” or the chocolate girl. Since moving to the states in 1996, I was appalled at the lack of gourmet chocolate shops in my area and decided to open my very own shop. I am a proud mother of two lovely daughters, and my youngest daughter Sarah is a special need. They are what gets me through all of the low points in not just life, but business too. They are definitely my motivation and inspiration to get up and create a new, delicious bestseller every day. I love what I do to make unique sweets that bring smiles and joy to the faces of others, and that’s just what i do every day.
